Key responsibilities & impact

Own and architect the systems behind our consumer applications, including how we model and store patient data. Define the strategy for critical data flows with accuracy and auditability as first-order requirements.
Ship features for pricing, cost-estimation, and shoppable services, supporting current and future use cases.
Be a trusted partner to product and engineering leads, aligning roadmaps, technical tradeoffs, and cross-team dependencies.
Direct and level up others, keeping a high engineering bar.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of engineering experience, primarily in Python, building systems and services to power consumer products.
Early-stage or high-growth startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, having built 0-1 and knowing when to harden what’s there.
A track record of taking ownership and driving successful outcomes on high-stakes, company-critical problems.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to peers and executives alike.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
