- Self-QA work to ensure accuracy of loaded rates
- Share product feedback as needed to improve workflow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working knowledge of RCM and payer/provider contracts. Knowledge specific to payer/provider reimbursement structures is preferred
- Working knowledge of billing & coding
- Experience auditing & reviewing revenue cycle contracts
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Detail oriented
