About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end design for Turnkey's core product: dashboard, developer experience, policy controls, and operational tooling
Embed closely with product and engineering — in the room early, shaping the problem before the solution is decided
Run discovery, prototyping, and iteration cycles with real users: developers, security teams, and operators
Translate technically complex workflows into interfaces that feel obvious
Collaborate with the existing designer on design system consistency and shared standards
Raise the bar on interaction quality and product coherence across everything we ship

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–8 years of product design experience, with a track record of owning complex workflows end-to-end
Comfortable designing for technical users — developers, operators, or similarly sophisticated audiences
Strong UX fundamentals: you define the problem before you design the solution, and you sweat the interaction details without losing sight of the whole
Proven collaborator with engineering — you work best when you're embedded, not handed off to
High agency: in ambiguous spaces, you create structure rather than waiting for it
Fluent in Figma; comfortable prototyping at varying levels of fidelity
