About the role
- Manage the requirements throughout their lifecycle and provide first-time resolution by troubleshooting
- Assist in the configuration of the application and executing test scripts
- Use appropriate methods to test, manage, and maintain system requirements
- Execute test scripts under supervision
- Contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions
- Assist with documentation of issues, requirements, and test scenarios
- Understand incident management and service support for effective product build
- Log issues and risks associated with work
Requirements
- A degree-level qualification in information technology, computer science, or similar is highly regarded
- Certification in information technology or software business analysis
- Knowledge of insurance and/or accounting will be an added advantage
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Understanding of business process modeling
- Demonstrated ability to define requirements, design, configure, and test software products
- Experience with TurnQuest Insurance Suite will be an added advantage
