About the role

  • Manage the requirements throughout their lifecycle and provide first-time resolution by troubleshooting
  • Assist in the configuration of the application and executing test scripts
  • Use appropriate methods to test, manage, and maintain system requirements
  • Execute test scripts under supervision
  • Contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions
  • Assist with documentation of issues, requirements, and test scenarios
  • Understand incident management and service support for effective product build
  • Log issues and risks associated with work

Requirements

  • A degree-level qualification in information technology, computer science, or similar is highly regarded
  • Certification in information technology or software business analysis
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or accounting will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of software development methodologies
  • Understanding of business process modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to define requirements, design, configure, and test software products
  • Experience with TurnQuest Insurance Suite will be an added advantage
