About the role

  • Support the delivery of EV service center construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
  • Manage onboarding processes for project team members and vendors
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor project progress, milestones, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate purchase orders (POs), document control, and project communications
  • Facilitate regular meetings and ensure timely flow of information between stakeholders
  • Track and update key project milestones to support schedule adherence
  • Assist with field coordination and issue resolution during construction
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible
  • Support commissioning and close-out activities, including punch list tracking and final documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
  • Contribute to project reporting and status updates for internal and client stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors and team members, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles
  • Exposure to EV infrastructure or service center construction is beneficial
  • Familiarity with permitting and utility coordination processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools (e.g., Procore)
