Synthesize complex technical data into concise 'Go/No-Go' feasibility reports for a range of stakeholders, highlighting potential cost-drivers or schedule-impactors.
Assess the alignment between 'as-is' site conditions and the technical requirements of the client’s prototype or specific use-case.
Navigate complex municipal zoning ordinances, land-use restrictions, and local building codes to confirm the viability of intended operations.
Identify required discretionary approvals and establish critical path timelines for procurement.
Oversee the procurement and critical review of ALTA surveys, Title Commitments, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
Excellent communication skills.
