💰 $130,000 - $160,000 per year

About the role

  • Create site layouts, feasibility studies, and early-stage design concepts for new and existing EV operations facilities.
  • Produce detailed drawings and documentation for facility components including service areas, support spaces, and site infrastructure.
  • Design and coordinate EV charging layouts, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and electrical requirements.
  • Work closely with the Preconstruction and Design management teams to align design with operational needs.
  • Participate in site evaluation, providing architectural input during due diligence and planning phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in architectural planning or early-phase design
  • Experience supporting entitlement or feasibility studies is preferred
  • Experience designing EV charging infrastructure and coordinating with electrical systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proficiency in Google apps and interface is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of zoning analysis and building code principles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under short pursuit timelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities
