About the role

  • Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects
  • Lead the program controls function for a program
  • Monitor accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting
  • Deploy controls team resources to best effect
  • Review new project proposals and monitor resourceable plans
  • Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions
  • Provide day-to-day service to Program and Project Managers
  • Monitor data input by project teams to meet required data standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 20 years of civil infrastructure program/project controls experience
  • US Civil Construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficient in schedule development, control, and analysis
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proficient in Primavera (P6) and engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes
  • Skilled in oral and written communication
