About the role
- Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects
- Lead the program controls function for a program
- Monitor accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting
- Deploy controls team resources to best effect
- Review new project proposals and monitor resourceable plans
- Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions
- Provide day-to-day service to Program and Project Managers
- Monitor data input by project teams to meet required data standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of civil infrastructure program/project controls experience
- US Civil Construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficient in schedule development, control, and analysis
- Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient in Primavera (P6) and engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes
- Skilled in oral and written communication
