About the role
- Develop and implement program-wide controls processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee cost and schedule management across multiple projects within the program, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
- Manage program-level change control, including review, negotiation, and recommendations for change orders and claims.
- Consolidate and analyze cost and schedule data from individual projects to produce accurate program forecasts and reports.
- Lead preparation of monthly program performance reports, including earned value analysis, risk assessments, and variance reporting.
- Monitor and track contingency usage and provide recommendations for allocation across projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure compliance with program standards for RFPs, SOWs, and contract administration.
- Support procurement planning and delivery schedules for owner-furnished equipment and critical materials.
- Maintain program-level risk register and facilitate risk workshops.
- Ensure timely closure of contracts and purchase orders across the program.
- Maintain benchmarking data and compile as-built cost records for future reference.
- Provide leadership in document control and ensure accurate tracking of key program documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project/program controls for large-scale construction projects; data center experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, scheduling, risk management, and reporting at program level.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with cost management software and earned value methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate across multiple projects and teams.
