About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion
Lead project teams in developing design concepts and detailed plans aligned with project requirements and stakeholder expectations
Direct integration of project deliverables with external stakeholder documentation across project phases
Oversee contract administration, including submittal reviews, RFI management, payment certification, project closeout, and OAC meetings
Ensure design decisions comply with current building codes and regulations
Create and adapt work plans and project schedules aligned with scope, schedule, and budget
Manage client and stakeholder communications, updates, concerns, and collaboration
Lead financial project management, including fee proposals, billing, collections, and efficiency and profitability analysis
Conduct reviews for compliance with stakeholder requirements, codes, regulations, and design standards
Foster a supportive team environment through guidance and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture
8+ years of experience managing projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office Suite
Ability to review drawings for quality
Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work a hybrid role with 3 days in the studio
