About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion
- Lead project teams in developing design concepts and detailed plans aligned with project requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Direct integration of project deliverables with external stakeholder documentation across project phases
- Oversee contract administration, including submittal reviews, RFI management, payment certification, project closeout, and OAC meetings
- Ensure design decisions comply with current building codes and regulations
- Create and adapt work plans and project schedules aligned with scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage client and stakeholder communications, updates, concerns, and collaboration
- Lead financial project management, including fee proposals, billing, collections, and efficiency and profitability analysis
- Conduct reviews for compliance with stakeholder requirements, codes, regulations, and design standards
- Foster a supportive team environment through guidance and feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to review drawings for quality
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a hybrid role with 3 days in the studio
