About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outbound prospecting: daily calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches against named target accounts — defense attorneys, managing partners, claims and litigation leaders.
  • Qualified meetings: book, confirm, and hand off demos that hold and convert. Show rate is your metric, too.
  • Pipeline hygiene: clean CRM records, tight follow-up, honest activity reporting.
  • Sequence and list feedback: work with marketing to sharpen messaging, lists, and plays based on what's actually landing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B — you've done real cold outbound, not just inbound follow-up.
  • You've prospected into skeptical, professional buyers; legal, insurance, or regulated-industry exposure is a plus.
  • You run on numbers — activity, meetings booked, show rate — and report them straight.
  • Comfortable with GTM tooling (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot/Attio) and fluent with AI as a daily operating mode.
  • Coachable, resilient, organized, and fast. Rejection doesn't dent your day.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Competitive base + uncapped commission
  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • A clear, earned path from SDR to Account Executive
  • Direct access to frontier AI tools and the training to use them well
