About the role
- Create a client experience that reflects TUMI’s brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive sales through outstanding service and meet/exceed personal and store sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
- Coach and practice skills with store team; provide constructive feedback and demonstrate organizational core values.
- Utilize client books, thank you cards, and event strategies to enforce excellent client service and execute event strategies.
- Ensure store follows visual guidelines and cleanliness standards and maintain consistent superior client experience.
- Collaborate effectively with others and complete assigned tasks, trainings, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manage timecards and administrative tasks to ensure payroll accuracy.
Requirements
- Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
- Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
- The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
- Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
- Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
- Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
- Have strong time management skills.
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; active listening and ability to deescalate situations.
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and complete required training.
