About the role

  • Create a client experience that reflects Tumi brand and build strong client relationships
  • Drive sales through outstanding service and meet/exceed personal and store goals for sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
  • Display initiative, plan and prioritize, champion change, and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Assist with training and development of store associates; conduct roleplay and coaching; complete quarterly personal development goals
  • Provide coaching and feedback, utilize company tools to create a 360-degree coaching culture
  • Exercise strong written and verbal communication and adapt communication across stakeholders
  • Maintain payroll accuracy by managing personal timecards, adhere to company policies and complete Tumi University Training
  • Ensure visual merchandising follows guidelines and enforce excellent client services including client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and help maintain a consistent superior client experience

Requirements

  • Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment
  • Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback
  • The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties
  • Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market
  • Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
  • Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example
  • Have strong time management skills
