Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist Store Manager with training and development for store associates.
Provide coaching and feedback, articulate strengths, goals and opportunities, utilize company tools to create a 360-degree coaching culture.
Exercise strong written and verbal communication; adapt communication upwards, laterally and to the team.

Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy; maintain Tumi University Training; adhere to company policies and procedures.
Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives; enforce excellent client services through client books, thank you cards and executing event strategies; ensure a consistent superior client experience.

The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
