About the role
- Create a client experience that reflects the TUMI brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive sales through outstanding service and meet/exceed personal and store sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture)
- Display initiative: plan, prioritize, champion change, and take responsibility for performance and deadlines
- Train, develop, coach and provide feedback to store associates; assist Store Manager with training and quarterly development goals
- Communicate effectively, adapt across levels, deescalate situations, and collaborate with team members
- Manage personal timecards, maintain Tumi University training, and adhere to company policies
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and execute client service strategies (client books, thank you cards, events)
Requirements
- Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment
- Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback
- Stand, move around the store, lift and push boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties
- Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
- Strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example
- Strong time management skills
