About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations through a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable accounting standards
Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control across finance operations
Lead finance system enhancements and automation initiatives
Coordinate with external tax advisors on indirect tax matters
Maintain supporting documentation and processes for intercompany transactions and transfer pricing compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required CPA designation
5-8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close and accounting operations
Experience managing audits and working with external advisors
Experience improving processes and implementing finance systems
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
