About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations through a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable accounting standards
  • Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control across finance operations
  • Lead finance system enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors on indirect tax matters
  • Maintain supporting documentation and processes for intercompany transactions and transfer pricing compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required CPA designation
  • 5-8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close and accounting operations
  • Experience managing audits and working with external advisors
  • Experience improving processes and implementing finance systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
