About the role

Supports the administration and analysis of compensation programs and processes across Tufts Medicine, including consultation on offer recommendations, participation in salary surveys, and preparation of compensation reports.
Conducts market analysis, perform job evaluations, develop job descriptions, and maintain the Tufts Medicine job architecture.
Analyzes compensation data to ensure data accuracy, support system optimization, and provide insights that promote consistent and equitable compensation practices.

Master’s degree in human resources, business administrative, data analytics, finance or related field AND completion of a compensation specific internship OR ; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or a related field AND One (1) year of experience in data analysis, effectively utilizing Microsoft Excel to interpret and organize data.
Three (3) years of healthcare compensation experience preferred.
Experience with Workday.
Experience with Compensation analytics tools such as Payfactors.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
Experience supporting health-systems.
