Software Engineer

• Define and drive the technical vision for Growth engineering, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Remain hands-on by reviewing code, contributing to architecture, and solving high-impact technical challenges.
• Lead and grow multiple engineering pods (User Identity, Cross-device, Marketing Tech, CRM, Campaign Optimization, Web Growth, International, New User).
• Mentor engineers and managers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance; scale and structure the organization.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design leaders to define and execute the Growth roadmap; collaborate with marketing, international, and other engineering teams.
• Drive key growth outcomes: TVT, registration rate, conversion, retention; establish metrics and operational excellence in incident response, experimentation, and release velocity.
• Balance long-term platform investments with short-term growth opportunities.
• Lead embedding AI into growth strategy: promote responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding and automation tools, apply AI to streamline campaign optimization and CRM workflows, and foster AI literacy so engineers can evaluate and debug AI recommendations.
