About the role
- Define and drive technical strategy across areas such as semantic modeling, metadata enrichment, data movement, access controls, and AI-native interfaces
- Architect and scale distributed systems powering large-scale metadata, real-time search, lineage propagation, and intelligent agent experiences
- Build and lead engineering teams globally with a focus on clarity, autonomy, and high technical standards
- Work on high-impact technical areas depending on experience and roadmap
- Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into resilient, scalable systems
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap ensuring engineering investments align with business priorities and market needs
Requirements
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong technical judgment and architectural depth
- Experience designing and scaling backend, platform, or data-intensive systems
- Experience building and scaling high-performing, distributed engineering teams in product-led environments
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shape early-stage product decisions
- Leadership skills: clarity, care, and high standards
- Must be eligible to work in the country applied to; may require documentation
