About the role
- Rotate across three product teams, gaining exposure to different business areas
- Work with engineering, design, and business teams to define and build impactful products
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and generate data-driven insights to guide product decisions
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, feature specs, and success metrics
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to turn product requirements into prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business impact
- Participate in mentorship, training sessions, and leadership exposure throughout the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for building great products, solving user problems, and adopting new technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong drive to take on new challenges, experiment with new tools or ideas, and continuously learn - whether through academic projects, internships, or self-driven initiatives
