About the role
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with consumer platform partners (GoogleTV, Roku, FireTV, etc.).
- Act as the key technical point of contact for external platform partners.
- Monitor the operational health of integrations and resolve product-related issues.
- Own ecosystem health, track performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive response to high-severity technical and product incidents.
- Design and implement scalable frameworks for partner integration and ongoing operations.
- Lead initiatives to improve workflows and partner experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical partner management, account management, vendor management, QA-oriented product operations, tech consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven experience analyzing large datasets to draw actionable insights, using tools like SQL and Excel.
- Experience working directly with technical teams and familiarity with testing tools/frameworks and service monitoring tools.
- Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
