- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing consumer marketing team
- Guide media investment strategies mapped to full funnel marketing KPIs
- Own research, planning, and execution stages for online and offline channels
- Build and manage relationships with media agency partners
- Work with digital TV platform partners to drive business outcomes
- Lead creative testing and optimization
- Help develop broader measurement strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends in technology and measurements
- Be personally invested in the usage of AI tools
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- In house marketing leadership experience
- In-Platform experience with media buying suites
- Technical media operations knowledge
- Deep expertise in highly quantitative environments
- Proven ability to work cross functionally
- Experience with B2B Demand generation is a plus
- Familiarity with MMM, MTA, or advanced measurement frameworks is a plus
