Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across assigned programs and business units
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions
Monitor program performance including cost, schedule, and earned value metrics (EVMS knowledge a plus)
Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
Assist in the development of indirect rate structures and overhead allocation analysis
Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS), and accounting standards (GAAP)
Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives or M&A activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8 years of experience in FP&A, Program Finance, or cost analysis, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
Proficiency in financial modeling and tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Alteryx Hyperion, or similar)
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government cost accounting standards (CAS)
Project accounting and Project Estimate at Complete “EAC” experience
