About the role
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across assigned programs and business units
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions
- Monitor program performance including cost, schedule, and earned value metrics (EVMS knowledge a plus)
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Assist in the development of indirect rate structures and overhead allocation analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS), and accounting standards (GAAP)
- Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives or M&A activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8 years of experience in FP&A, Program Finance, or cost analysis, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
- Proficiency in financial modeling and tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Alteryx Hyperion, or similar)
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government cost accounting standards (CAS)
- Project accounting and Project Estimate at Complete “EAC” experience
