About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work at Telefónica's data centers in São Paulo and Curitiba, with responsibilities including:
B2B customer support, handling tickets and supporting network solutions;
Interaction with customers (internal and external) and third-party vendors to understand their needs;
Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of core and edge switches;
Preparation of project documentation and presentations for technical and commercial committees;
Network control through checklists, active monitoring and tools such as Cisco ISE and Cisco APIC;
Experience in War Room (high-pressure situations)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education (degree certificate)
Microsoft Visio
CCNA certification
Mandatory knowledge of Cisco and Cisco Nexus
Knowledge of ITIL
Knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of Dell switches
Knowledge of Brocade switches
Knowledge of security (firewalls - FortiGate and derivatives)
Desirable: experience with ITSM tool Remedy
Desirable: experience with monitoring tool SolarWinds
Desirable: knowledge of Public Cloud
Desirable: knowledge of Private Cloud
Conversational English and/or Spanish (preferred)
