About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing technical support to users and equipment
- Receive and resolve requests and incidents reported by users related to systems and hardware on workstations, recording ticket creation, handling, and closure
- Configuration of network devices and software such as routers, access points and VPN
- OS formatting and installation
- Antivirus configuration
- Hardware maintenance for PCs/laptops
- Inventory management of equipment and accessories
- Monitoring mobile telephony and data link accounts and costs
- Interface with internal and external vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education (completed or in progress)
- Field/specialization: Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications - Technical Support
- Advanced knowledge in supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Knowledge of computer networks and diagnosing Internet and internal network connectivity issues
- Experience with ticketing tools (ITSM)
- Organized
- Proactive and committed
- Availability to work outside business hours and/or on weekends
- Good communication skills
