About the role

  • Act as the technical and strategic reference in complex projects, designing end-to-end (E2E) architectures that support business objectives.
  • Lead the definition of architectural standards, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and performance.
  • Provide internal consulting to development teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into solid technical requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks and tools (PoCs), keeping the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Ensure architecture governance, making sure implementations align with the original design.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect.
  • Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (Azure) with Professional/Specialty-level certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices patterns, APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures (EDA).
  • Experience with various database models (SQL, NoSQL, NewSQL).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to act as a bridge between the client and developers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a consultative, long-term vision.
  • Differentials:
  • Knowledge of Data Architectures (Data Lake, Data Mesh) and AI/Machine Learning.
  • Previous experience in large-scale technology consulting firms.
  • Proficiency with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman or others).
