About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the digital platform.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements to the development team.
- Write SQL queries for analysis against databases.
- Perform gap analyses to identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and resolve any ambiguities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and collect feedback.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in the testing process to validate that developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the digital platform, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project development and requirements management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with technologies and architectures for digital platforms.
