About the role

  • Define and maintain the development backlog, prioritizing requests according to their business value for Vivo.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
  • Act as the interface between business areas and the technical team, ensuring alignment of expectations.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, daily stand-up, retrospective).
  • Analyze metrics and feedback to guide continuous product improvements.
  • Ensure that deliveries are aligned with Vivo's strategy and the product objectives.
  • Support stakeholder management by communicating progress and results.
  • Ensure continuous value for the user in a digital transformation context.
  • Balance priorities between strategic demands and technical capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience as a Product Owner.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge required for the PO role in AI projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
