About the role
- Gather technical and financial requirements together with the commercial team and clients
- Design viable technical solutions and determine the best scenarios to propose
- Define scope of services (SoW) and SLA
- Identify and optimize costs, develop pricing, and prepare the technical-commercial proposal
- Present and defend the solution, emphasizing differentiators and value proposition
- Monitor and control the progress of projects during the pre-sales phase
- Support the commercial team in meetings with clients (in-person or virtually)
- Follow up on the implementation of sold projects, ensuring alignment with the designed solution
- Compose IT & Cloud solutions that meet clients' technical and financial requirements using a consultative approach aligned with commercial strategy
- Participate in public procurement and bidding processes by preparing responses to tenders, ensuring technical and commercial compliance
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales and/or solution architecture involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft licensing (LSP)
- Experience with public sector clients and responding to public procurement/bid processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing management platforms and portals (Microsoft Partner Center, VLSC, and similar)
- Familiarity with cloud products and solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong experience applying and interpreting Microsoft licensing models, including Enterprise Agreement (EA/EAS/SCE/EES), MPSA, CSP and other corporate contracts
- Knowledge of best practices for adopting Microsoft solutions such as Office 365 and Azure
- Client-facing profile, using technical background to become a trusted technical advisor to influencers/decision-makers
- Structured reasoning and communication, balancing technical, functional, financial and commercial requirements
- Knowledge of traditional and cloud environment architectures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology or related fields
- Intermediate English and Spanish (desirable)
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
