About the role

  • Develop and implement customized Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to meet the company’s strategic and operational needs;
  • Create and optimize interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., maps) using tools such as Power BI, Smart Data, Excel, among others;
  • Work closely with different business areas to identify requirements and translate raw data into actionable insights and KPIs (required);
  • Analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns, trends and opportunities to improve business performance;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and generate actionable insights for senior management;
  • Be data-driven to support decision-making, guide prioritization, and assess the feasibility of services and projects by conducting financial analyses (business cases and business plans) to support the business;
  • Drive and support corporate strategy initiatives by developing and monitoring the company’s OKRs and Balanced Scorecard (BSC);
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, increased efficiency and profitability;
  • Clear communication and ability to present financial analyses and strategic reports to stakeholders;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and generate actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements

  • Certifications and knowledge in BI tools;
  • Experience analyzing data from enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or accounting systems;
  • Experience with cost and profitability analysis and P&L; experience in finance will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in strategy and business development initiatives will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in business or strategy consulting will be considered a plus;
  • Hands-on professional capable of working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to deliver continuously;
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking to question and validate metrics, and to propose improvements;
  • Business acumen, teamwork, ability to discern priorities, structure materials and prioritize the most important topics;
  • Dynamic, innovative profile, self-starter with a results focus;
