About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on logistics support issues, ensuring tasks and requests are processed on time and meet quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations
Manage logistics operations and processes, including deliveries, missed shipments, and special deliveries
Manage purchase orders, check invoices, and identify discrepancies
Communicate monthly performance metrics and analyze deviations
Create corrective action plans with logistics partners to ensure on-time part deliveries to customers
Ensure network orders and vendor shipments are executed
Identify the best sourcing location from the network
Provide customer service through voice, chat, or email interactions
Report to a Team Lead and contribute to customer experience and team success

Requirements
