About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and solutions for their personal health and financial needs
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up calls
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
- Select the best solution efficiently
- Identify additional customer needs and help customers upgrade products or services
- Complete health-plan sales or renewals suited to customer needs
- Contribute to customer experience and overall team success
- Report to a Team Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current health insurance license in your state of residence
- High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
- Strong customer service orientation, empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- Ability to work 100% remotely
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, and Montana are not hiring geographies, while Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington, D.C. are considered only based on special business need
- Webcam participation during instructor-led TTEC and client-required training
