About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming customer communications through inbound phone calls
- Support email and webform inquiries during lower call volumes
- Research answers to resolve customer issues
- Provide information about shows, events, venue details, parking, and guest experiences
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
- Support customers with ticket purchases and post-purchase service during overnight operations
- Contribute to customer experience and team success
- Report to a Team Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Computer experience
- Reliable hard-wired internet connection
- Must already reside in Canada
- Availability to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM EST
- Flexibility to transition to daytime shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST based on business needs
- Webcam participation during instructor-led TTEC and client-required training
- Caring and supportive nature
