Requirements

What you’ll need

6 months or more of customer services experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer experience
Must be a US citizen due to US government assignment
High speed internet (> 25 mbps)
Either a USB wired headset or other compatible devices for daily log-in
Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
