Key responsibilities & impact

Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
Manage the incentive budget
Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests
Engage with the employees in chat
Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
Provide ongoing support to sales agents to help achieve targets
Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback
Analyze sales data and trends
