Key responsibilities & impact- Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
- Manage the incentive budget
- Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests
- Engage with the employees in chat
- Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
- Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
