About the role

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that illustrate design concepts and solutions
  • Design high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with industry best practices and brand guidelines
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed
  • Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and learners
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design skills and a process-oriented approach to design
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
