About the role

  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of product orders
  • Support the end-to-end order cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Use weekly demand insights to plan billing and share risks
  • Ensure every customer order is accurate, complete, and released on time
  • Reserve stock and lead the pick-release process to hit delivery goals
  • Prioritize key accounts with thoughtful allocation and quick processing
  • Communicate clearly and resolve issues to keep customers happy
  • Work closely with teams and continuously refine processes
  • Create reports on backlog, picks, and shipping to keep performance on point

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
  • Some customer service experience
  • High speed internet (> 15mbps)
  • Computer experience
  • Comfortable working to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level
