About the role
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of product orders
- Support the end-to-end order cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Use weekly demand insights to plan billing and share risks
- Ensure every customer order is accurate, complete, and released on time
- Reserve stock and lead the pick-release process to hit delivery goals
- Prioritize key accounts with thoughtful allocation and quick processing
- Communicate clearly and resolve issues to keep customers happy
- Work closely with teams and continuously refine processes
- Create reports on backlog, picks, and shipping to keep performance on point
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
- Some customer service experience
- High speed internet (> 15mbps)
- Computer experience
- Comfortable working to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level
