Deliver timely and accurate associate level performance, efficiency, and reliability reporting at the enterprise level
Maintain and deliver daily, weekly and monthly enterprise performance reports/dashboards
Reporting on attrition, absenteeism and other performance and compliance metrics report
Maintain database records and perform routine audits of data validating proper site, client, and project relationships
Build and develop reports both proactively and in response to business need to improve operational efficiencies
Develop and maintain center operations data solutions that utilize IEX, Qualtrics, Tableau, Genesys, GI2, SQL Server and other data management and Business Intelligence tools
Provide insights and analytics to help operations in improving processes, productivity and efficiency key performance indicators
Requirements
Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications
Must be able to work in a flexible shift
Experience in reporting
Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience
Ability to deliver high-quality results, on time and on target
Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and team members to resolve issues
Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
