About the role
- Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans
- Conduct research and do outbound calls to provide answers for customers
- Assist members with logging into and understanding their online health account
Requirements
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android
- Base wage range of $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities
