Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively process quotes to meet strict turn-around time targets
Execute morning uploads and ensure data consistency across multiple internal databases
Perform routine SAP transactions, including PO reconciliation and status updates
Research and resolve discrepancies in warehouse data
Process scrap updates and clear lingering items in SAP
Support the Rotable Business Unit forecast to align part availability with future demand
Manage and update Supplier Dashboards to maintain high-quality vendor standards
Expedite customs requests to prevent shipping delays for international logistics
Process ad-hoc surplus requests as required by the mission

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
Prior experience with SAP or a similar Material Management and Parts System is highly preferred
Practical knowledge and skills using Structured Query Language (SQL)
A keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies
Ability to work independently to research and resolve issues without constant supervision
