About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for leveraging the IFS finance module to meet organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and finance team members.
- Conduct complex analyses of financial processes, identifying opportunities for significant enhancements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Act as a key liaison between senior finance, IT leadership, and external partners.
- Oversee and manage large-scale IFS finance module projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
- Ensure the IFS finance system's compliance with global financial regulations and standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and financial management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in finance or as a Business Analyst with a significant portion focused on IFS ERP systems in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in a complex organizational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
- Proven track record of implementing significant improvements or changes within an ERP environment, preferably IFS.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
