About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively process quotes to meet strict turn-around time targets.
  • Execute morning uploads and ensure data consistency across multiple internal databases.
  • Perform routine SAP transactions, including PO reconciliation and status updates.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in warehouse data to ensure parts are moving accurately through the system.
  • Process scrap updates and clear lingering items in SAP.
  • Support the Rotable Business Unit forecast to align part availability with future demand.
  • Manage and update Supplier Dashboards (Part 1 & 2) to maintain high-quality vendor standards.
  • Expedite customs requests to prevent shipping delays for international logistics.
  • Process ad-hoc surplus requests as required by the mission.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and the ability to navigate complex databases.
  • Prior experience with SAP or a similar Material Management and Parts System is highly preferred.
  • Practical knowledge and skills using Structured Query Language to manage data bases and write queries for data retrieval, updates and database management tasks preferred.
  • A keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies that others might miss.
  • Ability to work independently to research and resolve issues without constant supervision.
