About the role
- Manage and oversee operations, acting as liaison between client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators.
- Manage a team of operators and ensure efficient delivery of missions requested by client.
- Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise activities of subordinates; inform management of operational/personnel problems and propose resolutions.
- Respond to service problems and investigate and respond to unsafe location/situation reports.
- Develop and schedule program work plans with client staff; oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, and determine priorities.
- Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 2 or more years Operations experience in leading teams.
- Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules.
- Ability to understand, and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work either early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, flexible shift if needed.
