About the role
- Coordination, maintenance, repair and safety of technical building equipment
- Coordination, briefing and quality control of contractors and maintenance companies
- Various skilled trade/handyman tasks as part of building maintenance and furnishing
- Documentation of the current condition of buildings and technical building systems, including performing all required tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical profession
- Professional experience in managing properties and their technical systems is desirable
- Motivation, flexibility, organizational skills and a confident manner
- Ability to work independently and a high level of commitment
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
- Driver's license (Class B); Class BE advantageous
