About the role
- Oversee the technical and product management of RF-based technologies
- Work with customers, business development, engineering, finance, and production teams
- Develop and maintain product business cases and sales forecasts
- Manage yearly product line budgets for improvements
- Develop and maintain product pricing and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain product roadmaps
- Support product development to influence design decisions
- Work with multi-discipline teams to build solutions
Requirements
- BS degree and minimum 8 years of experience in DoD/DoW or tech industry
- Experience developing and improving product management processes
- Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field
- Possess excellent organizational and communications skills
- Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required
