About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
