About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answering inbound calls from small business owners, representing Telstra, and promoting a wide range of its products and services.
- Providing tailored advice that meets each customer’s needs.
- Using empathetic and effective communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Confidently handling and de-escalating customer concerns.
- Adapting your schedule to be available when customers need us most.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills – listening, empathizing, and engaging with ease.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
- Drive and motivation to push yourself and celebrate your wins.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and implement feedback.
- Resilience and a customer-first mindset.
- Full availability Monday to Friday between 5 am and 6 pm.
