About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a strategic content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms;
Plan institutional, promotional and seasonal campaigns;
Develop content briefs aligned with the brands' commercial objectives and branding;
Ensure visual consistency and brand positioning across digital channels;
Participate in planning product launches, influencer activations and events;
Create briefs for designers, videomakers and creators;
Write copy for posts, captions, campaigns and strategic content;
Organize the publishing schedule;
Publish and monitor content on platforms;
Adapt content according to trends and platform behavior;
Support development of content focused on social SEO and organic discovery;
Monitor comments, DMs and interactions;
Support community and creator relationships;
Identify opportunities for engagement and brand strengthening;
Assist with influencer and ambassador activations;
Monitor channel performance metrics;
Create reports with insights and opportunities;
Track growth in reach, engagement, retention and conversion;
Work closely with the paid media team to amplify campaigns;
Analyze trends, competitors and benchmarks in the maker/craft market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience managing brand social media;
Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice;
Knowledge of content planning and digital campaign strategy;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Understanding of metrics and performance analysis;
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Notion, ClickUp or similar;
Experience with lifestyle, craft, DIY, creator economy or e-commerce brands is a plus.
