About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join our product team
  • Shape the experience that turns new signups into habitual learners and, eventually, paying customers
  • Design the systems that guide users from their first click through their first returning session to their first paid decision, working end to end from discovery through shipped experiment.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers across teams working on the core B2C user experience, particularly in activation and monetisation, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and in-product conversion touch points
  • Design and run data driven experiments on activation, multi day return, and conversion across learner segments
  • Rapidly prototype, A/B test, and iterate with cross functional partners based on hypotheses and evidence
  • Help shape squad strategy alongside the PM, Engineering, and Data
  • Translate behavioural data, room and path analytics, and user feedback into design solutions that reduce friction and drive confident decisions to return and eventually subscribe
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to uncover friction in onboarding, path selection, and paywall moments
  • Collaborate with Content Design on rooms, feature descriptions, and conversion messaging that stays jargon light for people new to cybersecurity
  • Establish activation and monetisation design standards that blend seamlessly into the core learning experience
  • Communicate design vision and rationale clearly, influencing stakeholders including the CEO and Head of Product
  • Integrate AI and emerging technologies to accelerate validation, discovery, and prototyping

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer growth roles
  • High energy and strong sense of ownership, you push things forward without waiting to be told
  • Think in outcomes, not just screens
  • Care deeply about clarity and user experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with PM, Engineering, and Data
  • Proficiency in Figma, comfort using AI tools to accelerate prototyping, experience with analytics platforms is a plus
