About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and optimise B2B growth programs to drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support demand generation across account-based and segment-based campaigns, outbound-assisted growth motions, and product-led and content-led acquisition paths.
  • Partner with Sales to align targeting, messaging, and activation strategy.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, upsell and expansion, retention and advocacy.
  • Activate existing customers through campaigns and programs; support customer storytelling, case studies, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Help translate customer insights into scalable growth programs.
  • Support GTM execution for new B2B offerings and launches, including campaign setup and optimisation, channel execution and experimentation, performance tracking and iteration.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure GTM messaging is effectively deployed across growth channels.
  • Track and report on growth performance across B2B initiatives: pipeline contribution, conversion and velocity, program effectiveness. Ensure programs are measurable and tied to clear business outcomes; share insights and recommendations across Growth, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimising B2B growth programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, Sales-assisted and product-led motions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analysing performance and running experiments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Experience supporting customer expansion or lifecycle marketing programs (Preferred).
  • Exposure to account-based marketing or segmentation strategies (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, technical, or developer-focused products (Preferred).
